Coaching Program Manager
Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented operator to own the delivery and quality of our coaching programs. As Coaching Program Manager, you’ll ensure every client has a structured, high-quality experience while helping us continuously improve how we deliver results at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of coaching programs and client experience
- Coordinate coaches and ensure consistency in delivery and quality
- Track client progress, outcomes, and engagement
- Identify gaps in program structure and implement improvements
- Build and refine systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Partner with sales and coaching teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Help scale program delivery without sacrificing quality
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in program management, operations, or customer experience roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
