Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented operator to own the delivery and quality of our coaching programs. As Coaching Program Manager, you’ll ensure every client has a structured, high-quality experience while helping us continuously improve how we deliver results at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution of coaching programs and client experience
  • Coordinate coaches and ensure consistency in delivery and quality
  • Track client progress, outcomes, and engagement
  • Identify gaps in program structure and implement improvements
  • Build and refine systems, workflows, and internal processes
  • Partner with sales and coaching teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Help scale program delivery without sacrificing quality

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years in program management, operations, or customer experience roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

  • Clients have a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Programs run smoothly with minimal friction
  • Clear visibility into client progress and outcomes
  • Systems that scale as the business grows
