AI Operations Specialist
Overview
We’re looking for someone to help us scale how we operate using AI. As an AI Operations Specialist, you’ll build and optimize workflows that improve how we deliver career services across coaching, recruiting, and internal operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning new tools into practical systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows across the business
- Support internal teams in effectively using AI tools
- Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency
- Experiment with new tools and translate them into usable systems
- Document workflows and create scalable playbooks
- Partner with operations and leadership on process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in operations, analytics, or technical program roles
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking
- Ability to move quickly from idea → implementation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Clear, documented workflows used across the company
- Effective adoption of AI tools across teams
