Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing, consultative salesperson to help senior leaders navigate career transitions. As a Career Strategist, you’ll lead inbound conversations with experienced professionals, diagnose their career needs, and guide them toward the right CareerCapital solution.
This is a high-trust, consultative sales role — not transactional — working with ambitious operators making pivotal career decisions.
You’re helping clients land better roles, faster, with stronger positioning and higher compensation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead consultative conversations with senior professionals exploring career transitions
- Diagnose client goals, gaps, and challenges in their job search or positioning
- Recommend tailored CareerCapital services based on client needs
- Build trust quickly with experienced, high-caliber individuals
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close engagements
- Partner with coaching and delivery teams to ensure a strong client handoff
- Continuously refine messaging and sales approach based on market feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in consultative sales, recruiting, or career advisory roles
- Experience selling high-ticket services to senior professionals
- Strong ability to ask sharp questions and uncover real needs
- Excellent communication and presence — you can hold your own with executives
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a performance-driven environment
